H&M REOPENS ICONIC TIMES SQUARE FLAGSHIP STORE IN NEW YORK CITY

The refined space, featuring elevated aesthetics and materials, includes immersive experiences showcasing the very best of the brand’s fashion identity. At the time of opening, the store showcases a variety of fashion-forward collections including the H&M Studio Holiday Capsule, offering a modern take on partywear. The store caps off a season of investment and reignited direction for the H&M brand.

 

The focus on customer experience is reflected in the brand-new immersive fitting area, where fashion lovers can explore trends, try on looks, and bring their style dreams to life. The fitting rooms offer a customizable, multi-sensory experience with LED screens in the floor and ceiling, along with interactive mirrors. Customers can express themselves by selecting visual themes and music based on their style choices and moods, making the shopping experience more personalized and engaging. With visuals and music curated specifically for the new store, these rooms will also encourage customers to create and share their own content.

The redesigned flagship showcases impressive new design features like an iconic glass wall flanking each side of the main escalator, designed by Denver based agency, Hovercraft. This signature piece combines art and technology into a multi-story ambient light display, providing customers with a dazzling show on their way to the upper levels.  Other interior upgrades include fluted concrete panels, seamless terrazzo flooring, custom built wood fitting rooms and two enormous LED screens on the ground and second floor.

The opening was celebrated with a traditional ribbon cutting ceremony by Samuel Miller, Global Head of Franchise at H&M Group, Beatriz Volkmann, Regional Manager at Hola Moda, Marisol Fernández, Country Manager for new markets at Hola Moda, Karen Dickson, Area Manager at H&M Dominican Republic, and Grobert Puig, Store Manager of H&M Ágora Mall.

With this new store launch in Dominican Republic, H&M will have physical presence in 78 markets.

H&M LAUNCHES NEW BRAND DESTINATION IN PARIS’S LE MARAIS

Spanning three floors and over 1 000 square meters, the store showcases the best of H&M for women and men — everything from Pre-Loved collections to Studio, Atelier, and the A/W 25 collection, including the upcoming collaboration with designer Glenn Martens.

As part of H&M’s Brand Destination concept, featured in select cities globally, the Le Marais store is more than a place to shop. It’s a creative hub where customers are invited to explore the best of H&M through exclusive collections, curated experiences, and cultural events.

The store features a minimalist interior and an open courtyard for fashion, music, and cultural events, reinforcing H&M’s commitment to self-expression and community.
