MUSIC STAR RAYE GAVE AN EXCLUSIVE LIVE PERFORMANCE AT H&M MOVE EVENT

H&M Move launched their newest movewear with a showstopping campaign, featuring music powerhouse RAYE and iconic athlete Zlatan Ibrahimović. The collection effortlessly bridges the gap between sport and fashion, introducing versatile performance pieces and athleisure wear that transition seamlessly from gym floor to dance floor.

In that spirit, H&M Move invited an array of guests from music, sports, and fashion to attend an intimate London event. RAYE’s radiant live performance was the evening highlight, as she turned the venue into a vibrant dance party with hits like ‘Escapism’ and ‘Black Mascara’. The music act was framed by a stunning set from in-demand DJ Julie Adenuga.

Among the attendees were Mia Regan, Leomie Anderson, Kyle De’Volle, Zeze Millz, Ella Eyre, Cora Corré, Kai-Isaiah Jamal, JaQuel Knight as well as Social Media Influencers Lola Clark, Bella Hill and Iwana Cristal.

“I could not imagine a better way to celebrate my collaboration with H&M Move. It felt amazing and so special to perform in such an intimate setting in my hometown,”

says RAYE.

“To follow the launch of our latest movewear collection with such a great event and concert was the ultimate start to the New Year. We’re thrilled with how the evening turned out and blown away by RAYE’s magical performance,”

says Henrik Kroon, General Manager at H&M Move.

RAYE & ZLATAN INVITE THE WORLD TO MOVE IN STYLE WITH H&M MOVE

The new-season drop is inspired by HIIT training and the juxtaposing elements of sports and fashion. It includes stylish workout sets with body-enhancing cutlines and luxe athleisure wear in bold oversized silhouettes, all meticulously crafted with fabrics featuring H&M Move’s sweat-wicking DryMove™ and extra-supportive ShapeMove™ functionalities.

British singer-songwriter RAYE embodies this aesthetic and has partnered with H&M Move for the collection launch. The celebrated artist is featured in the campaign alongside two of her best friends and dancers who are supporting the star during her world tour. RAYE is also seen working out and dancing to an instrumental version of her hit ‘Escapism’.

“I really believe that movement is for everyone. It’s about your unique journey and how you move forward in life, both mentally and physically. Being confident in who you are and in your own skin takes time, but through movement it’s possible,”

says RAYE.

In the new campaign, the musician shares the spotlight with renowned striker Zlatan Ibrahimović, who joined the H&M Move team as a Brand Mover in 2022.

“Movement is in my DNA, and I’ll never stop pushing forward. H&M Move is the same, and with this collection they’re really taking movewear to the next level. Shooting the campaign together with RAYE was a lot of fun, and I think it turned out great,”

says Zlatan Ibrahimović.

To celebrate the new collection and campaign, H&M Move will be hosting a live performance by RAYE in London on 24 January. In an intimate setting, the award-winning artist will entertain a select number of specially invited guests with some of her chart-topping tracks.

“With this campaign we are truly pleased to once again bring together the worlds of sports and fashion, with the help of music superstar RAYE and sports legend Zlatan Ibrahimović, showing that however you move, we always keep moving,”

says Henrik Kroon, newly appointed General Manager at H&M Move.

The new movewear collection will be available in-store and at hm.com/move 11 January.

To inject instant spring freshness, make your living room the focal point of this bright new season. The new cool grey tray with wave edges adds a lovely final touch alongside ribbed block candles that come in a variety of shades, including blue, tan and green.

For spring dining, the H&M HOME iconic safari dining chair makes for the perfect starting point to create a stylish springtime table. Use a green tablecloth for a pop of colour, or simply go with a classic soft white version. Less is more this season with slightly rounded cream white mid-sized plates, which come with matching big plates, deep plates and mid-sized bowls. Wine and water glasses in an on-trend see-through mocha hue create a stylish effect. The scalloped placemat with black edges and matching napkin are a perfect final addition.

Bedding is colourful this season, with a tartan-inspired chequered set in pink, white and green with frill-edged pillow cases. Add a soft lime green blanket and the textured cream white rug here too. Muted stripes in mocha and blue green alongside block colours from the same colour palette make part of the spring bathroom styles. Add woven laundry baskets in cream beige or blue green and switch it up to this season’s new marble hooks and knobs for a tasteful look.

H&M MOVE AND SPORT WITHOUT BORDERS AMPLIFY THE POSITIVE POWER OF ROLE MODELS

This two-year partnership is set to provide 2,500 young people in Sweden with meaningful activities during PE lessons, after school, and during school holidays. Sport Without Borders focuses on communities, at risk for segregation and exclusion. They also work in close collaboration with schools, municipalities, local sport associations, and businesses with a focus on building preventive and long-term programs.

“In every classroom there are children who feel excluded. It not only affects their self-esteem, but their ability to perform well in school and other areas of life. I believe that sport has the power to change the world and through sport we can connect with the kids and make them believe in themselves. That’s why I founded Sport Without Borders back in 2010, and we’re thrilled to join forces with H&M Move to be able to strengthen our work further,”

says Admir Lukacević.

H&M Move’s Brand Mover, Zlatan Ibrahimović, who has removed barriers and inspired many children to dream, reaffirms the importance of role models and finding belonging early in life.

“It’s crucial to find a place where you feel important. I often felt judged or excluded growing up, but sports gave me a place where I felt belonging and gave me confidence. There’s power in confidence, and it’s empowered me to pass that on to others. Through movement, I want to inspire others to discover who they can become,”

says Zlatan Ibrahimović.

The partnership with Sport Without Borders is part of H&M Move’s community program, Move Together, enabling access for young people to experience all the benefits of moving together – physically as well as mentally and socially.

“Everyone probably remembers a role model who inspired or guided them. We believe Sport Without Border’s role models are crucial in creating hope and supporting young people to find their paths in life,”

says Diana Amini, Head of Move Together Program.

To name just a few empowering role models, please let us introduce…

Pernilla Winberg is a former national team player in ice hockey and has participated in four Olympics. She is particularly passionate about getting girls involved in traditionally male-dominated sports.

Ahmed Matar is part of the world elite in parkour. He aims to inspire kids to feel the happiness and hope that sport has brought to him.

Josefin Olheim is a former professional basketball player and has played in both the Italian and Swedish leagues. Her strength is to create a good connection with kids, always aiming to be a good role model, on and off court.

Joel Johansson is active in judo and used to compete in the Swedish championships. He’s now dedicated to sharing how sports contribute to social as well as mental well-being.

Jonas Petros is a former professional football player. He’s using his own experience to inspire young people to find their passion through sport.

About Move Together and H&M Move:
Move Together is H&M Move’s community program. We support young people to enjoy all the benefits of moving together. We remove barriers, share resources, and create collective energy to play our part for a more inclusive world. Move Together, However you Move.

H&M Move is a movement brand. We celebrate movement and invite the world to move. We make stylish and functional movewear accessible to everybody, in a more sustainable way.

About Sport Without Borders
Sport Without Borders is a non-profit organisation that uses sports and good role models as tools, and the school as the main arena by introducing activities in PE lessons and after school to help children increase their self-confidence and believe in themselves as capable actors in their lives.

ROMANCE REVISITED FOR H&M STUDIO’S HOLIDAY CAPSULE

A return to fashion’s foundations – corsetry, lingerie and tailoring – heralds a seductive new era for eveningwear in the H&M Studio Holiday capsule collection. Inspired by the clever construction of antique undergarments and the raw structures of the Brutalist architectural style, the collection offsets megawatt dresses with sophisticated suiting. With graceful silhouettes in sensual silk and lace, and a soft-focus colour palette, it’s an alluring take on day-to-night dressing. The H&M Studio Holiday Capsule will be available in selected stores and at hm.com from December 7.

“Timeless dressing and an enduring sense of sophistication defines the H&M Studio Holiday Capsule. We wanted to play around with corsetry, but also revitalise favourite styles like the bias-cut slip dress and the sculptural blazer, all in enduring fabrics that age beautifully and will delight and excite for years to come,”

Ann-Sofie Johansson, head of design womenswear and creative advisor at H&M.

Key pieces to captivate include the voluminous tulle ballgown in dramatic red, the blush-pink lace panelled evening dress, and the sparkling mesh mini dress with its peek-a-boo neckline. Lingerie details update the tailoring template, with mesh-trimmed black trousers co-ordinating with the cropped corset top and slouchy, room-for-two blazer. Then there’s the timelessly appealing pairing of a slinky silver slip dress and an ankle-skimming black overcoat. Accessories add edge, with geometric jewellery and minimal strappy sandals.

“Poetic and sensual, this characterful collection balances feminine dresses in lace, tulle and silk with more masculine oversized tailoring, for a modern eveningwear formula,”

Kathrin Deutsch, collection designer at H&M Studio.

Tempting textures meet long-lasting, premium-quality fabrics with the majority made from more sustainably sourced materials. Highlights include organic silk, recycled wool, Lenzing EcoVero™ viscose, and sequins made from recycled polyester. Three of the four jewellery pieces are made from recycled aluminium.

10 Years of H&M Studio
H&M Studio is H&M’s most directional, fashion-forward offering. Launched in 2013, the collections are developed in-house by a dedicated design team at the brand’s Stockholm atelier. The H&M Studio Holiday Capsule marks 10 years of H&M Studio, and a new chapter for the limited-edition collections, which were previously released biannually. In a newly expanded remit, from this season H&M Studio will comprise a creative framework that encompasses multiple limited-edition collections per year, with several drops per season.
